My HYUNDAI and I rules

Please read the following rules for the 'My HYUNDAI and I - Facebook Photo Contest'.

  1. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  2. Only ten entries per person per month allowed.

  3. Entrants need to be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's licence in order to enter.

  4. Staff members of Hyundai Namibia, the host company or organisation sponsoring the prize, their advertising and public-relations agencies, and immediate families may not enter.

  5. Winners are not eligible for another Hyundai prize for 6 months after the closing date of the competition they have won.

  6. Entrants have to be members (have 'Liked') of the Hyundai Namibia Facebook page in order to enter.

  7. Entrants must upload their photos via the application form on www.HyundaiNamibia.com in order to enter them into the competition.

  8. Facebook fans vote for their favourite photo to win by clicking on 'Like'.

  9. The three photos each month with the most 'Likes' will win.

  10. Photos are to be taken with a camera with a minimum of a 3MP (2048x1536) resolution in order to allow for quality printing.

  11. Photo file size is limited to 4Mb per image

  12. Hyundai Namibia reserves the right to use the images entered into the competition on its website and on Facebook.

  13. The prizes are not transferable.

  14. Winners will be notified via the Hyundai Namibia Facebook within the first week of each proceeding month.

  15. If a response from the winner is required by Hyundai Namibia or the host after being notified of their winnings, the winner is required to respond within one months of being notified or they may forfeit their prize if Hyundai Namibia see fit.

  16. Prizes will only be delivered within Namibia.
